Brazil didn't wait.
Neither did I.
Lucio Amorim. Lovable’s first ambassador in Brazil, now a Solutions Partner. Not “I would”. “I already do”.
Change the yardstick
The wrong question
Who has the most impressive track record leading a technology operation in Brazil?
The right question
Who can turn existing organic demand into monetizable growth with the least risk and time?
“Lovable will grow in Brazil through mass adoption — PLG combined with community-led growth — not enterprise sales. I propose running it as a system of small, consistent, reversible bets.”
The work already exists.
Assets built on my own initiative, before the role.

Timeline · contributions to Lovable
Not events. Deeds.
What I have already done for Lovable, on my own initiative, before any role.
01 · Day one
“Please come to Brazil”
A memetically titled email to leadership. It made me — likely — the country's first Lovable ambassador. Act first, ask for the mandate later.
02 · Jun 2025
The .com.br heads-up
Flagged to Sebastian that the Brazilian domain needed registering while it was still available.
03 · Early days
Filling the empty space
Created @lovable.brasil on Instagram and X, plus the hackathon domain — always clearly unofficial, never a claim of ownership.
04 · Early days
The hackathon playbook
Wrote how to negotiate and run a hackathon — not how to throw a meetup — and gave it away free to other ambassadors. I took ownership of my fellow ambassadors' event quality too.
05 · To date
80+ hackathons, 24 countries
The methodology in numbers — including an online SheBuilds edition on March 8, when only in-person events earned credit (~200 people).
06 · The vote
Lovable for Schools
Mobilized my network: 7 of the global top 10 — and 2 of the top 3 — are Brazilian.
07 · Built solo
I Built This
ibuiltthis.app centralizes hundreds of Brazilian builders in one place.
08 · Constant
Beta tester, two-way loop
Suggested the usage-notification system and the project-scanning agent; documented checkout, Pix, BRL and credit-piracy friction before they became talking points. No claim of authorship.
09 · Now
Universities in motion
Inbound interest from USP, Ânima, Cogna, UPF and FGV — the GTM motion is designed.

How I operate.
Small, reversible bets
Under high uncertainty, the right decision is the lowest-cost one. The bet grows as uncertainty falls.
Systems, not programs
A branded program that fails damages credibility. Tests, contests and pilots do not.
Proposals, not criticism
Understand the goal and the metric before offering an opinion.
Spend as if it were my money
Efficiency is proof of competence.
No email left unanswered
